Delivery Timing

Delivery companies may take longer than expected to deliver packages on time. Carriers may take up to 48 hours to fully update the tracking information provided. All orders are based on product availability. If a significant delay is anticipated for any item within your order, you will be notified promptly, asked to change your size, cancel the item, or wait until the back ordered product arrives. Please note during the height of ordering season your uniform can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.

Exchange Policy

Please ensure you understand the Returns and Exchange Policy. Please read the product description to ensure the correct size. Sizing charts have been provided directly by the vendor for guidance only.

 

  • Items that have been customized to your Surf Club such as jerseys have a NO RETURN POLICY. Any item that has a club name/logo or player number is considered a customized item and final sale. Shorts, socks, and any products with a generic "Surf" logo are not considered custom.

  • Please review your sizes, all items custom-made to order are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGABLE FOR ANY REASON.

  • Shipping Fees are not refundable and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer for any returns or exchanges.
